Two snowfalls took place during the month. Unfortunately, they all took place when I had a scheduled trip planned to Chattanooga. The first snowfall produced approximately 2" on January 8 & 9. The second snowfall on January 30 was much more significant. The entire state of Tennessee was under a Winter Storm Warning as a major snowstorm passed through, dumping approximately 5.5" of snow at my CoCoRaHs station.
I had a total of three multi-day reports during the month involving trips to Chattanooga. The first one was the conclusion of the multi-day report which started on December 17. The second took place during the weekend of January 8 – 11. The third took place January 30 & 31.
